High Resistance: This is very crucial during bodybuilding workouts because it is the only way a body builder can add more muscles faster. For the muscles to respond faster and grow you need to subject them to continuous and high intensity weight training. You should try as much as possible to lift heavy weights for a few rounds than lifting light weights for many rounds. High resistance training is the only way a body builder can become successful and achieve his goal.
Acquire enough rest: The importance of getting enough rest and enough sleep cannot be overemphasized. The body muscles require enough recovery time for them to respond positively and grow. Failure to allow them enough time to grow will lead to lose of already gained muscles.
