Post pregnancy, every woman needs adequate sleep. Moreover, proper sleep contributes a lot to the production of energy that actually controls the over all functioning of the body.

Baby fat can be a very stubborn fat. If you're young and healthy you should be able to lose the baby fat fast. In fact fast is the way to go. If you wait too long your baby fat will stay with you and be that much harder to lose.
