Getting In Shape Is Not Brain Surgery!

Keeping this one short and sweet because the holidays are upon us.

Have you heard of drift racing? In normal driving you slow down when you reach a curve but not in drift racing. Using special techniques you barely slow down as you "drift" through the curve and exit at a high speed. There's a whole sport devoted to this.

It's interesting to watch the cars because if they are turning left, the front of their cars are pointed to the right, which helps them take the turn at a super fast pace. It looks very different from regular NASCAR racing and the very opposite of how you would take a turn on the highway.

It reminds me of how acceleration and not losing speed is an important part of my weight loss teachings. Listen, losing weight and getting in shape is not brain surgery, it is very simple once you know how to accomplish it, Believe me when I say that most people make it harder then it actually is allot of people are always looking for the next weight loss pill or magic potion or miracle pill to catapult them with ease to there goal.

They end up wasting weeks and months searching the net for all the pieces.and most times they can never find it.. please don't become one of those people who spin there wheels and end up giving up because they think they are hopeless.

I hate to be the bad guy here but losing weight is never that easy, it's allot easier to put it on then it is to take it off. There are several things that you must do in order to take the weight off, or cut up those thighs.

The first being.

#1 Write down what it is that you are eating.
#2 Add up what you eat daily
#3 Do this for the first week of your dieting

Because if you do not know what your eating how can you ever begin to fix it.

This technique is called mapping you must know how your current diet is effecting your appearance, so that you can make adjustments and start tilting the scales in the opposite direction.

Also remember that Thanksgiving only comes once a year so don't say no to that piece of apple pie for desert.

The better strategy is to try to go into slight ketosis today and Tuesday and Wednesday then reloading for Thanksgiving you will lose weight in the process and you also will not feel like you are not on a Diet either.
