As an affiliate marketer, you will need to promote the affiliate products. And the merchant will take care of all other issues related to sales. For example, you do not need to take care of the shipping issues. You do not need to be responsible for the money back issues either.

In fact, the above does not imply that you do not need to provide customer services in your affiliate site. You will need to provide some kind of customer services so that you can promote the products more effectively.

One thing which is true is that you will not be doing what the merchant do. You will not provide after sale services. It is the job of the merchant at the end of the day. You will only be providing customer services for your affiliate only.

You may find it difficult to understand the notion of customer services for your affiliate site. In fact, a lot of affiliate marketers may feel confused when these services are concerned. In fact, what you will need to take care is something directly related to your affiliate website.

It is very important for you to create a contact us page on your website. You may think that you do not really need it. However, it is totally wrong. You will certainly need it so that your visitors have some ways to contact you.

You should also make sure that you will be checking your email box at least once a day. You will need to do that even if you think that no one will send you email. You will just miss one visitor if you the visitor sends you an email but you do not reply.

So, you may want to know what kind of customer services you will be providing. As mentioned, you will be providing services directed related to your site. One example is your email newsletter. Some of your visitors may not be able to receive it. And you will need to send them the newsletter again if they request it.

It will be quite impossible for you to make your affiliate site error free. However, you will try to improve it day by day. When some visitors report an error, you will of course need to fix it. Make sure that you will reply your visitors when you have fixed the issue.

As a matter of fact, you are trying to provide all these services so that you can make the visitors become loyal visitors. Remember, they may not purchase when they first visit your site. However, if they become loyal visitors. They may purchase sooner or later.
