Managing Your Network
Down line retention. Maybe youve heard of it maybe not. Surely you know what I am getting at though. You can view this similarly to how you would view traffic generation you can take two approaches you can either recycle traffic, so that it comes back or you can constantly pump fresh traffic into the site.
In the best case scenario, you will have both types of downline in your network. Therefore it is important to know how to attract them and convert them to becoming a member of your downline.
The first thing you should do when you have new members in your network is to train them and provide them with relevant skills for the trade. You can send them for product trainings or sales training.
It is necessary for all new comers to undergo through training before any sales. This gives all new comers with basic skills and knowledge to execute sales. This increases the chances of success and thus reduces the turn over rate.
Since all new members need to undergo through some training before the business, you can consider creating a training process and program whereby all new member can undergo. This ensures uniformity and creates a standard in members.
You should, as an upline or leader maintain contactable when your downlines need help in the business. You can enable contact through phone or by email.
