Forget The Gym - Try The Firm Wave

Regular Gym attendance is a great idea. There you will find all the equipment you'll ever need, expert advice on weight loss and numerous exercise classes you can take. But for many people this is not a viable option and exercising at home is the only way they are going to exercise at all.

But in practice, it just isn't that easy. Unless the gym is on your doorstep, you have to find time to get there on a regular basis, get changed, work out, shower, and get on your way again " I find that I cant do it in less than 2 hours per visit.

In fact, I have seen programs that took people up to 90 minutes to get through! For optimum results, you are told to perform this at least 3 times a week.

If you're like me and can't always find the time to go as often as you'd like you just get stressed knowing you should go more and thinking about the money your wasting.

So what are you going to do? If you stop your exercise program you know you're going to struggle even more with your weight but you are finding it more and more difficult finding the time to go to the Gym.
