Refresher courses are a great idea, but don't force yourself to sit through a three-hour workshop on building a list when you've already got a stellar one. These companies want their affiliates to be successful, and they often provide ample training materials. The great thing about finding workshops this way is that they are relevant to you. They deal with your niche, your product and often even your level of expertise.
While no online marketing workshop can realistically promise to make you rich and successful, most of them provide a great start. They give you the tools that you need to get started and keep moving. From there, it's up to you and your ambition.
