Not only can getting rid of chest fat (man boobs) be very difficult, just talking about it can be a little embarrassing if you are a man. It is surprising that there is so little information on a subject, which is so common.

Having excessive chest fat can really put a damper on what sort of activities a man may want to do. Going to the beach without your top on, going swimming, having a sauna, letting a woman see you naked, all these scenario.s will make a lot of men cringe.

Going on a diet and trying to lose weight, will not necessarily help in eliminating man boobs. Sure you may lose some weight, but a lot of the loose skin on your chest will remain there. If anything, it will look even worse, because you may have lost some weight around your body, so the man boobs will look even more prominent.

So how can you get rid of chest fat? Well the reason why you are not getting rid of chest fat is because your body is not producing enough testosterone, When you think that a women's body produces a lot less testosterone than a man's, it makes sense to see why women have breasts and men don't.

So the answer is to boost your testosterone levels. As we grow older, these levels start to drop naturally. Now there are 2 ways to try and slow down this process. The first is drugs, but a lot of these types of drugs can carry some scary side effects. Never go down this road without discussing it with your doctor.

However there is another way that you can increase your testosterone levels so that you can get rid of chest fat, and that way is through exercise. I'm not talking about going for a jog, a couple of laps in the pool, or doing a few push ups. I'm talking about heavy weight exercises.

you should be doing specific weight exercises. A few sets of curls or leg extensions are not going to cut it. You should look at 2 of the best exercises which can increase testosterone levels. These exercises are the Squat and the Deadlift. The reason these exercises work best is because they impact your entire body, inside and out.

Lift as heavy as you can using perfect form, and don't get carried away in the beginning, because too much can lower testosterone levels. So try not to be over enthusiastic by trying to do 500 deadlifts in one go. Squat heavy or deadlift heavy and getting rid of chest fat will no longer be such a big problem.
