The Wind Turbine Cost And The Environmental Impacts
The true costs of wind turbines can vary as much as how much you will depend on it as your energy supply for your home, how you will store/convert the energy for your home, will you subsidize it with solar or utility provided energy.
If your home is a high energy user your costs will increase quite a bit as you will require more turbines or bigger turbines to provide you with an adequate supply to save you money on your energy use overall. The prices of turbines range from around $200 dollars to upwards of several thousands and may not include the storage systems.
In other words if your house has a lot of electronic gadgets and you depend on them highly even with energy efficient appliances your demand may well not be met by wind turbines alone if your in a well populated area.
