Be nice to every girl but chase only the one you like. Don't try to be nice just only to a specific girl and be the bad guy for others. It will not work that way. They communicate. If you are marked as bad, it will be your brand name forever.
Surprise them with some nice things. They like surprises. Give her some surprise gift on special occasion.
Make sure that she is comfortable around you. Each girl has her own character so you will have to notice that. Learn what type of a person she is and you will know how to react.
If you're asking her random questions about herself, and she asks you back (suppose it is "What's your favorite color?"), try to keep the conversation going by saying, "Guess!" and giving her hints ("It's something you probably wouldn't expect."). This will make the conversation smooth and make it flow like a river.
