Get Prepared For Prom Night - The Last Minute Checklist
Prom is fast approaching and you have done all of the hard work. What else do you need to do to make sure that you are ready for this very special day? Start by laying out all of the things you will wear. Get your jewelry picked out. Be sure that you know when your hair appointment is and when your last tanning session will be. Then, there are a few things you will need to plan to do the day of before and the day of prom. Here is a checklist to help you to make it happen.
The night before prom may be one of those days when you just feel like you have too much to do. A few things you will want to have done should be put on your checklist. This includes having your eyebrows done and heading in for that last tanning appointment. Be sure to try on your prom dress one more time and make any adjustments that are necessary. Walk around for a few hours in your prom shoes, too, to help break them in and make them more comfortable on this evening. Getting all of this done now is important because it keeps you from having to do it on the day of your prom.
Create a checklist for your prom day itself. What should be on here is everything that you need to do on prom day. This includes everything from what time you will get up and shower to shaving and your nail appointments. Be sure that you have eaten something throughout the day, too, otherwise you won't have any stamina for the long night ahead. If it is possible, try to take a late morning or early afternoon nap, before you head out to get your nails done. This will be one long night and you want to be at your best.
Finally, make one more checklist. This one is all about what you will take with you on your prom day. This includes everything you think you need, but keep it minimal since you really do not want to carry a big bag around. You may put make up items in your purse, your cell phone, perhaps your identification and a few other items. Anything that you need should be put into your bag. You also may want to take with you a small amount of cash, just in case you will need it for something.
There are many things to think about for your prom day. By making a fast checklist of anything you need to keep in mind, you are well on your way to having an amazing evening without forgetting anything. It can also help you to enjoy planning for prom more.
