Would You Like to Automate Every Aspect Of Your Internet Business With Automated Business Solutions

There is a question, I have for you. How much time do you waste managing the nuts and bolts of your business every day? Do you spend hours? How many times have the thoughts of not doing some of these tasks and having an automated business solution do these tasks crossed your mind?

Well taking a step back and thinking through these questions, we would see that the demanding, required and sometimes tedious tasks consists of activities like those listed here.

* Checking your emails.
* Making phone calls.
* Following up with customer support issues
* Tracking leads manually to see which campaigns are working?
* Managing your affiliate program, let alone your affiliates?
* Sending carefully-timed emails to each of your prospects?
* Tracking clients as they move from prospect to customer?
* Sorting out payment issues?
* Team building activities or vendor management
* Should I go on?

I know for a fact that somewhere along your day, you have encountered that thought process that says should I be doing this? I wonder if there is a better way to perform these tasks. If you haven't then you should.

The real question becomes do you have to spend so much time at it? Your mind has to wander to what you see happening all over the internet. Business gurus seem to be doing launch after launch almost every day. They seem to have the situation and timing perfectly in hand and are launching a new major program in what seems to be every week.

The answer is to start thinking about your entire operation which consists of your internet, office, voice and customer focused operations. When you look at it as your IOVC strategy and technology operations, these individual areas of your business are separate but are truly intertwined. You need to look at your business holistically with an automated focused, you want to reuse what works to make it execute and complete faster, sooner and more efficiently.

You want to determine how to take your daily internet tasks and start looking for more automated business solutions online and offline. When you look at your daily operations, you want to start thinking what manual tasks can be handled by automated solutions.

When you look at your voice and customer service operations, you want to start thinking outsourcing and automation now. Overall my final advice is to always think reuse. How much of what you have that works can be reused over and over and in many other areas of your business.
