The other conventional fire-fighting equipment is rotary fire alarm bell or rotary hand bell. This equipment got its name as it is triggered off manually. A rotary fire alarm bell is commonly used in schools and offices whereby the risk of fire accidents is relatively low. As compared to fire alarm systems, the rotary fire alarm bell is very cost-effective. It is also reliable as it cannot be triggered by a false alarm.
Whatever the fire fighting equipment, the purpose is the same. Therefore, we can adopt either the conventional fire fighting equipment or the modern fire fighting equipment. What matters is it aids us and reduces the panic and tension which may arise trying to use a fire fighting equipment we are not comfortable with.
