Jersey Shore attractions create a great vacation anytime, but when you want to make your Summer Break unforgettable and fun for all, make it the Jersey Shore. You can shop 'til you drop, walk the beach and enjoy the sounds of the ocean until your heart's content, and have fun playing around at the local amusement and waterparks. You get all this in one great sunny location filled with fun and laughter. When you make your plans, here's five locations you'll want to add to your itinerary.

Morey's Piers Waterparks

Whether you're there for the one of a kind waterparks, or prefer the rides and fun in the amusement park, this is one of those Jersey Shore attractions no one will soon forget regardless of your age or personal tastes. There are hotels right there for a convenient and beautiful place to stay, all types of games to play, eateries serving your favorite treats, and even fine dining -- all within a short walking distance so you can eliminate the traffic and save fuel. As an added benefit, it's right on the beachfront, so you won't miss any of the fun or great scenes it makes.

A Tour Of The Local Lighthouses

Cape May, Sea Girt, Barnegat, and Sandy Hook Lighthouses make up some of the most historical Jersey Shore attractions you'll find in the Gateway National Recreation Park. Some of them have stood against the horizon since the mid 1700s, warning sailors of danger and ensuring they have a safe passage home. Today, those on the open seas may not depend on these statues of old, but these lighthouses still tell their stories to anyone who will listen.

Wandering The Wildwood Boardwalk

The Wildwood Boardwalk is the only one of these five Jersey Shore attractions that gives you five full miles of fantastic beaches for all kinds of fun in the sun including beachcombing, swimming, or just laying out and enjoying the sunshine. The boardwalk itself offers shops and great places to eat along two of those beautiful sandy miles. Whether it's beach fun, something to fill a hungry tummy, or finding that perfect souvenir, you'll want to make a stop here.

Discover Nature At The Island Beach State Park

If you enjoy the outdoors and learning about nature, Island Beach State Park provides you the ideal location for fishing, picnic lunches, snorkeling, scuba diving, shell collecting, taking an educational guided nature walk and much more. It's also a great spot for sunset strolls or walks on the beach at sunrise.

Shopping Central -- Bay Village

If you've got the urge to shop, you can fulfill it here at Bay Village. There's anything and everything you could want for sale with great spots to eat sprinkled between. You'll keep returning here each time you visit the area for the unique atmosphere and great fun.

For true vacations that will stay with you forever, Jersey Shore attractions like these are exactly what your travel plans need. You'll have no trouble at all filling those time slots; your biggest problem will be convincing yourself to leave when your vacation time has come to an end.
