After creating your website you now need to create the articles for your article marketing campaign. These are keyword targeted articles that match up with the content on your website. These articles are then submitted to various directories on the Internet that are created as repositories for these types of articles. The idea is that your articles will drive traffic to your website which will then result in revenue through page impressions and advertisement clicks.
There are many different article directories online, and they all have different rules and regulations. It's critical for you to understand these regulations if you want to be successful with your article submissions. Articles take time to write, and if you find yourself with an inbox full of rejected articles you will become disheartened. The best way to avoid rejection is to make sure you thoroughly understand the rules associated with each site.
After submit your articles you now have to wait about a week for them to be accepted. This process can go faster for people who have established relationships with the directories, but for new members waiting upwards of a week is not unheard of, if not unexpected. Don't try to rush this, just be patient.
After successfully submitting your articles, and having them approved, the waiting game continues and you now must wait for people to find your articles and subsequently find your website. This is the most frustrating step for people who are new to article marketing, yet there is nothing you can do about it and you just have to learn to be patient.
