Thinking of getting a pasta maker but not sure if it can prepare the pasta the way you wanted it to be? Well, rest assured that your worries are unfounded. Nowadays, manufacturers of pasta maker machines are making it so easy to create the type of pasta you want at a price that's really affordable. Whether you're looking at just an attachment for your mixer such as the KitchenAid stand mixer snfga pasta maker, a manual pasta maker or an electric one, it can create various types of pasta such as :

(1) Spaghetti Pasta

Well, everybody knows what's spaghetti and hence it's little wonder this is one of the 3 most common types of pasta which all the machines can prepare. For those who don't know how spaghetti looks like, they look like long thing strands and are used in popular Italian dishses such as Spaghetti carbonara and Spaghetti Bolognese. in fact, most of the machines have settings which allow you to set the thickness of your spaghetti tubes.

(2) Lasagne Pasta

The other more common form of pasta which most if not all pasta makers are capable of producing is the lasagne. They are essentially large flat sheets of dough used in the oven baked dish called Lasagne Al Forno. Some people attend to make such pasta without the use of the machines only to get sheets that much thicker than what they can achieve with such pasta machines. Such thinner lasagne sheets allow you to incorporate many more layers of the ingredients, cooked in a much lesser span of time.

(3) Tagliatelle or Fettucini Pasta

If you take a careful look at Tagliatelle, you'll realize that they resembles long ribbons. Actually within Rome, Tagliatelle is more commonly regarded as Fettucini and are usually used in fetuccini alfredo or carbonara dishes. They're one of the three most common pasta that pasta machines can prepare.

(4) Linguine Pasta

Do you know what the Italian word "Linguine" refers to? It literally means "little tongues". And if you examine them carefully, they're just a flattened version of the spaghetti. Commonly used to pair up with seafood, linguine is usually a common option if your pasta machine can prepare fettucini

(5) Ravioli Pasta

Ravioli are pastas with fillings that usually consist of cheese or meat. If you so prefer, you can also add whatever you want as the fillings. Pasta machines with the capability to make ravioli will no doubt cost a bit more but they're definitely a great time saver! Besides, the machine machine can offer you more variety when it comes to the dishes you can prepare!
