Hollywood Hunks And Hair Transplants

By Dominic Donaldson

Ageing gracefully has always been a man's prerogative, he is allowed to have laughter lines and still look attractive, it's all about being a mature man. However, if we take a closer look at the pages of celebrity magazines, all is not as it first appears. It seems that Hollywood hunks have been making the most of hair transplant procedures to hold onto their youth. We take a look at some of the sexiest male celebrities to decide whether we think it has made a difference in the eyes of women.

There are rumours abound that Johnny Depp has had a transplant for a receding hairline. The naturally gorgeous man appears to have a slightly fuller head of hair in his most recent film, but we believe that it is all makeup and hair pieces much like he did for his Captain Jack Sparrow character. In our eyes, the man is blessed with the youthful looks akin to Peter Pan and many years away from needing to address thinning hair.

Actor Jamie Foxx has proudly gone under the scalpel to treat his hair loss. The Collateral star has been photographed by the paparazzi sporting a tattoo on the back of his head where the donor hairs were taken to transplant to his receding hairline. We have to admit that we didn't think that Mr Foxx was looking anything other than gorgeous to begin with, but the additional hair had certainly added to his good looks.

Jude Law is another ladies favourite, and there is a plethora of online debates over whether he has or has not had a hair transplant or any other treatments for hair loss. We think that the young man looks stunning whatever his secret is. The truth is that there are many men out there that are concerned about their looks, and as with women, this is often fuelled by celebrity media mania.

The treatments available for men with thinning hair encompass everything from wearing a weave, applying cosmetics, and taking medication to having a hair transplant. What should be remembered is that ultimately it is up to the individual to decide how they would like to address cosmetic issues, and for many men a hair transplant has the potential to boost confidence and self esteem.

If you are considering treatment for thinning hair or male pattern baldness, consult a reputable consultant to discuss the options available for your condition.
