Dating Magic: How to Attract Women With Your Energy

Does the title above make you incredulous? How can you possibly attract women with your energy?

Before I give you the most powerful technique I have come across for enhancing your energy making it positive and "attractive", I should give you a little evidence first. So at the very least you'll try this technique before dismissing it as meditative crap.

Well, that's your first clue. It is meditation related. So let me go a little over meditation.

When you are running around doing your tasks of the day, your attention is divided. Or another way of saying that is 'your energy is divided'. Meditation in its most basic form is designed to clear the head of thoughts and this has the effect of balancing your energy. It's a form of 'centering'. Visualization, which I covered in earlier posts, is (what I call) an "active" form of meditation.

For example; when an athlete prepares him/her self to play/take action with a visual repetition and a physical action, they are using an active meditation to get themselves into the "zone".

When a person sits and practices, say Transcendental Meditation, They are doing a more 'passive' meditation.

I am saying all this because the technique I am about to reveal to you is a mixture of active and passive techniques. It has scientific basis. And with regular practice can literally transform your energy and create a sort of "Charisma". Of course, we all know how easy it is for guys with charisma to get dates and even in seduction, women literally come to you making the word "seduction" almost meaningless, except as a form of social play.

First, does meditation work?

We've all heard how meditation helps stress, but that is not all meditation is good for.

I Quote, "What we found is that the longtime practitioners showed brain activation on a scale we have never seen before," said Richard Davidson, a neuroscientist at the university's new $10 million W.M. Keck Laboratory for Functional Brain Imaging and Behavior. "Their mental practice is having an effect on the brain in the same way golf or tennis practice will enhance performance." "It demonstrates", he said, "that the brain is capable of being trained and physically modified in ways few people can imagine."

Another quote, "Regular meditation has been touted as a stress reducer for years, but a recent study says practitioners benefit from a brain boost as well."

So the first step of the technique is simple. I call it "Grounding":

Find a posture with your spine straight.

You can do this by sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the ground or by laying flat on the ground. As long as your back is straight.

Next bring your attention to your breathing and take some long and deep breaths. The key is long and deep. Fast breathing leads to hyperventilation. So just breathe deeply and pay attention only to your breath. Consider this meditation time as a break from everything else for a few minutes. Every worry or stress. This is break time.

Concentrate on each muscle group one by one and on your exhale, imagine your muscles are just letting go and becoming loose and relaxed.

Now think of a calm scene. Maybe laying on a beach with the warm sun beating on your skin. And a cool salty breeze making you feel almost refreshed and even more relaxed.

After doing the above for a couple of minutes, think of something that makes you smile. It could be an event, a fantasy, a cute baby or a puppy. Allow this smile to spread across you face. Fill your head and then travels down your neck. That's right. Imagine the smile filling your whole body. You may even begin to laugh or giggle, I do. Focus on this feeling and allow it to spread, not only through your body, but around you as well. Enjoy the joy and feel like you have "become" a big smile.

To end the meditation just feel grateful. For everything. For life bringing you where you are and the opportunities for self improvement and fun.

Now go about your day. You'll find that your energy is amazing. If you do this for 10 minutes twice a day for 21 days (the length of time it takes for a new habit to form) you will be infused with a positive energy that people love and will automatically attract women to you. Yes, it really can be that simple.
