How to Enhance your Psychic Powers through Meditation

The true gift of any psychic is to be able to learn more about life in new ways. Many psychics try to take matters into their own life to learn more about who they are and what they are all about. When you try to give another person your heart, you begin to learn firsthand what a true spiritual heart is all about. I think that we all need to take some learning lessons at different times in our lives so that we can truly understand ourselves in new ways.

To learn how to meditate the right way one must understand exactly what meditation is. Meditation is when your mind is relaxed but also alert. When you meditate you should be fully aware of whats going on around you but perfectly calm. Dont confuse this with ordinary relaxation, when you meditate your consciousness is controlled and wont wander. Many call this form of meditation the alpha state. Most of all successful psychics work in the alpha state.

The first thing you want to do is pick an activity that will relax you to prepare for meditation. Some examples are taking a warm bath, listening to soft music, focus in on birds singing, or gently stroke your favorite pet. After doing this for around 15 minutes you should now be ready to meditate.

Take it from me. Getting a live psychic reading is not easy. It takes courage and respect towards and individual psychic advisor. I think that when you take a few days out of your week and allow your heart to see a future destiny for yourself, you can easily find your own spiritual path in life. Life is about learning more about you and more about your true spiritual destiny in some sort of way.

When you wake up each day, count all of your blessings. Allow your heart and your spirit to discover something new inside of you. In this way, you can really learn how to best benefit yourself and some loved ones that may be coming into your life on a daily basis. When you ask yourself what your life is all about, you actually learn more about you. You learn what life is all about and what you can do in your life to better yourself in new found ways. You must learn how to respect yourself and give yourself some personal identities.

Now close your eyes and count each breath. Count 10 breaths remembering to control your breathing. Now picture a bridge over water. Keep your main focus on the bridge. Be alert to the feel, smell, and the total sense of the experience. Now picture yourself slowly moving towards the bridge looking around but keeping your main focus on the bridge. Ignore all of the sounds your hearing, be aware of what you see and look over the bridge. Remember your only there to observe so dont cross over the bridge. Now abandon your thoughts and sense the other side of the bridge. Look and be aware of what you see and feel. Your then awaked and all of your senses are alert because your now completely relaxed. You should now be in the alpha state and ready to use your psychic powers. By meditating 2-3 times a day you can enhance your psychic abilities greatly.
