Aug 17, 2007
Think positive and work out dedicatedly. There is no substitute otherwise to help you in keeping yourself fit and healthy.

* It must help you in getting rid of the accumulated fat in your body.

* The process of losing weight should be consistent. Nothing radical is required. Rather what's important is the step-by-step method that leads to a consistency in the success rate.

* Putting down weight in no way should cause harm to your health. So the core of the weight loss program must take care of your healthy being and proper toning of muscles. The body should not be deprived of energy.

It is true that more calories mean more energy. But in terms of weight loss you will actually regulate those calories in such a manner that you body reduces fat yet retains full spirit and energy to work more. You exercise vigorously and at the end of the day start limping - this can in no way be a fine technique to reduce your weight.

Follow-up the success rate

The routine chart of the weight loss program should keep a constant record of what you are doing, what you should do and how much you are really being benefited. If a proper track is kept on all these three features you will obviously note a positive graph of change in your body.

How to shape the routine?

- Begin with the walking session. The very first day of the first week must be a slow but steady walk for twenty minutes.

- The next day along increase the speed of walk a bit and it can be for the same time period. Also introduce some exercises for the upper part of the body. These can be free-hand exercises. You can take the help of the trainer to perform them in the exact way.

- Third day is the day for jogging. Break your walk schedule in two parts. First ten minutes can be walk followed by another ten minutes for slow jog.

- Begin some sit-ups and stretching exercises to mobilize the lower portion of the body. Don't stop the jogging and the walking part either.

- So by the end of the fifth day your perfect routine gets fixed up. You are well acquainted with the four divisions of your exercising schedule in the weight loss program. Work out with generosity and don't deceive yourself. This is the ultimate footnote to get successful results through the weight loss program.
