This might then cost them a lot of money taking the dog to a vet and getting the right medication.
Beginner dog breeders should realize that there are several breeding requirements in order to breed healthy dogs. By breeding a high-quality father with a poor quality mother does not usually create high-quality dogs. In many cases dogs bred on puppy farms only look like a shadow of what their breed really should look like.
