Despite years of feminist haranguing on how girls don't need boyfriends, and boys don't need girlfriends, there's still an ingrained desire in many of us to be closer with someone than we normally are. Skills to get a boyfriend are easy to develop, and don't take much time to hone. So, prepare for a quick down-and-not-so-dirty lesson on picking up a few needed skills.

There's nothing about getting a boyfriend that can be tied to a scientific method. And every guy is different. Any female who considers herself reasonably savvy will learn to improvise as she goes along, when it comes to landing a male friend. So, let's examine a few crucial woman-on-man techniques that can aid in pulling that special guy into your orbit.

Try to show a little humor, and laugh at things once in a while. Develop those improvisational skills when it comes to carrying on a lighthearted conversation. Men are made more comfortable when they know a women has a sense of humor and isn't an untouchable vision of radiance they might be thinking her to be.

Also, become comfortable with being able to compliment a man in such a way that he doesn't think you to be an easy mark or some sort of sycophant. In this way, you can get him to relax a bit more when he's around you. And by all means, please learn a bit on how to be a good conversationalist. When you do, and you can carry on your end of the discussion, you'll find him to be a bit more interested in you as a person.

Take some time to practice these ways to get a boyfriend. If you do these things correctly, it's a likely bet that all of the hard work will have been done. And you might also notice that you'll have all the attention you could ever want!
