Where To Stay In Barcelona
There are many different quarters in the city that might appeal to you and the place that you end up staying in will very much inform your visit and the memories that you make. The narrow winding streets are conducive to hours of walking and you'll discover that this is a lovely place to get your shopping done. There are plenty of little boutiques on Calle Avinyo and the nightlife is wonderfully active and exciting.
When you want to be close to the action but you are not so interested in living in the heart of it, why not consider finding a place in Barceloneta? This area is perfect for families and for tourists and you'll discover that it moves at a slightly slower pace. While Barceloneta does have great places to play and eat, also remember the primary attraction of this area is going to be the beach. This area is also well known for its seafood and if you want to head inside, why not check out the largest aquarium in Europe.
