This Simple Tip to Get More Sales!

One simple idea: Market to your current customers! It's not rocket science, but how many of us are guilty of the hunt for new customers only to forget those who chose to invest in our items in the past?

If you have a list of prospects and buyers, market to both, not just your buyers (unless, of course it's the same product). If you are offering a myriad of items, continue to market to your untested as well as tested names.

It's so much more work to just get one customer than to keep 50 of them. If they're happy with what you gave them, it stands to reason they'd be happy with your next product. Make sure to nurture both lists--your new propects and your current customers.

When you buy, do you appreciate follow ups? Special offers just for you? Freebies? Or do you want to just get a marketing announcement from someone you bought from years ago? (Who are you?)

It's a huge mistake to forget your customers! Put a plan in place to provide gentle reminders that you exist. Your new offerings won't come off as insincere. Your service and follow-up will help allow future sales.

If you think you'll just spring new products on your customers who purchased from you two years ago...guess what? They've already forgotten about you! Keep the pipline open to continue to involve your current customers in your current and future marketing efforts.

By marketing and cultivating your current list, treating them well (offer unadvertised specials and freebies to them only) and getting them uber comfortable with you, you'll open up the pathway to continue a profitable marketing relationship for years to come!
