To be able to get taller, the very essential thing that you should do is exercise. Exercise concentrating on the areas of your body that can promote growth. This means your spinal column and your back. It is critical to keep your back and spine healthy to increase your height.

Having a good posture will really help in making one taller because if you have poor posture, the pressure it puts on the cartilage of your spine will stop the growth. Proper back exercises will surely help you get taller. You can attain good posture since it will make the muscles that support your spine sturdier.

These routines can also thicken and stretch your spine's cartilage faster which will make you become taller. Here you will find exercises for your back that will help on how to increase your height. The first exercise is the backward bend " this can help your back get stronger and increase your height as well.

Your cartilage will be thicker since you will be stretching your spine. Extend your arms towards your feet with your palms on the floor while lying on your back. With your feet as one raise your legs, let it go over your head until they touch the floor behind your head. Use your palms to push against the floor to have more strength.

It will be hard to touch the floor the first time, so do not fret. Just try to reach it every time you do this routine as you stretch your spine. When you have achieved the routine, bring your legs down slowly. Do this for five times.

One other exercise is the double backward bend. When you do this routine, it pressures the thickening of your cartilage and makes your spine stretched. Sit on the floor and stretch your legs in front. Put your hands on your hips and stretch out your arms while bending forward to touch your toes.

It is but normal if you will not be able to touch your toes initially. But as your body becomes more flexible, you will be able to do so. Flexibility is very important in getting taller. Repeat this routine five times as well.

Next " spread your feet a few inches apart while using your left hand to try to reach your right foot and vice versa. Do this regimen five times per hand. You will be getting a lot of benefits from these exercises, you will get taller and increase your height and also be healthier and more flexible.
