Put emphasis on your strengths and skills like writing and communication, research, computer literacy.

It is ethical to forward your resume directly to the person responsible for the hiring. Make sure you know the name of the concerned person and the corresponding designation. The references must be in a separate page and formatted just like the resume which may contain the names of your former employers or professors. It is show time!
