Increase My Height Naturally

There are some people who think that height is might since being tall can add charisma and sex appeal to someone and can also make you stand out. If there's something I can do to change my height I will jump at the thought but now, I am not worried anymore since there are so many things that I can do be taller even after puberty and will just need to remember what needs to be done so I can be taller.

The things that I will need to work on are my diet and exercise. If wanting to be taller is my dream, I will have to eat calcium rich foods such as tofu, soybeans and dairy products since they replace old body cells with new ones which are good for the body's tissues and strengthen and build the bone cells.

Without calcium, the bones become brittle. The other types of nutrients that can help me get taller are proteins and amino acids. Amino acids help the muscles, bones and organs become mature and also build blocks of life. Calories will also be needed to get taller although for some, this is something that should be avoided.

Calories are not harmful if used properly and that you do not consume too much. This is needed to aid the processing of natural height growth. These three nutrients will pack my body with energy and will help my body grow. I will just have to do some exercises while on a diet.

A lot of power exercises are available for me to perform so I can increase my height naturally. Stretching exercises that are for height enhancement is one. One example of this type of exercise is by lying in a supine position with hands outstretched in a one position while moving your feet to the other direction.

This will help promote the growth of the bones. Just be sure to be relaxed when doing this exercise. Another position would be lying flatly with your palms near your hips. Then arc your hips and head up and do not go too far and do this position again after some rests.

Some yoga exercises are also aimed to enhance ones height. One is what we call the cobra. While in a supine position, with the arms and legs clipped to the body, raise head up like a cobra about to pounce on its prey. Another position is called the cat and dog. It simply mimics the stretching done by cats and dogs.

While doing the position, stretch your hands forward and follow a cat or dog that stretches when it wakes up. Next is the downward facing dog " in this exercise your spine and legs will be concentrated on. Doing this means mimicking a dog that is curled up while lying down. While lying on your back, stretch your hands and legs in the air.

Bear in mind that even when you past puberty or right now you will still have means to get taller. I am sure that I can increase my height if I eat the right foods and exercise at the same time. And I am sure that this will work for you too.
