Increase My Height Fast
Height is might. Today, height is equivalent to charisma and sex appeal. Being tall can make you stand out from the rest. If I were to change my height, I will do it. I do not have to be afraid anymore because I know that I can still do something for me to be taller; even after puberty. I will just have to remember things to achieve the maximum height that I will need.
The things that I will need to work on are my diet and exercise. If wanting to be taller is my dream, I will have to eat calcium rich foods such as tofu, soybeans and dairy products since they replace old body cells with new ones which are good for the body's tissues and strengthen and build the bone cells.
Bones will become brittle without enough calcium. Another food groups that can help improve my height are amino acids and proteins. Not only do Amino acids build blocks of life, it also facilitates the maturity and growth of muscles, organs and bones. A lot of people who diet will probably cringe if they hear that calories are also essential in increasing ones height.
Calories are never harmful unless you have too much of it as it can be dangerous. Calories are needed to help process natural height growth. Calories, along with amino acids and calcium, will help my body grow and will pack my body with energy. I will just need to complement my food intake with the appropriate exercise.
One exercise that can help in becoming taller is the stretching exercise. You can start by lying on your tummy and stretch your hands out in a position while moving your feet and legs to another direction.
This will encourage bone growth. Just make sure that when you do this exercise you are relaxed. Another advised exercise is by lying in a prone position with the palms down nearing the hips. Arc your hips and head up in the air without going too far and repeat this position after rests.
There are also some yoga regimens that can help in enhancing one's height. One of these exercises is what we call the cobra. While lying down, have your arms and legs clipped to your body and raise your head up like a cobra about to pounce on its enemy or food. Cat and dog is the other position used. This is done by simply following how a cat or a dog stretches.
While doing the position, stretch your hands forward and follow a cat or dog that stretches when it wakes up. Next is the downward facing dog " in this exercise your spine and legs will be concentrated on. Doing this means mimicking a dog that is curled up while lying down. While lying on your back, stretch your hands and legs in the air.
Remember that even after puberty you can still increase your height. I am sure that I can get taller if I follow the right diet and exercises, and if this can work for me, it can work for you too.
