Yes, they're cool and fun to use, but they are also a very real expense, especially if you use them for at least a year. Free alternatives include Skype conferencing and the free version of Yugma.
When shopping around for a web conferencing tool you also want to find out if it is easy enough to set up for users. Some web meeting programs can be used from any browser.
Ultimately, what program you get depends on your needs. If you are, for example, a graphic design firm and wish to communicate your work, you may choose Fuze Meeting because it allows you to communicate in HD format. If you want a lot of features to impress clients, go for Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
