Foods that contain large amounts of fat such as meat and diary products are the biggest contributors to high cholesterol. Limiting your intake of these foods will go a long way in lowering your cholesterol.

When you have high cholesterol, it is necessary to make lifestyle changes that include diet and exercise. By doing this, you can greatly reduce your chances of developing life-threatening illnesses.
There are certain guidelines that need to be followed in order to reduce your cholesterol.

When you analyze your present diet, you may be shocked at how poor it actually is. Many people cook and eat the same foods that they have had for years. This does not mean that it is healthy.
