Remove Acne From Fair Skin

Aug 17, 2007
Acne are awful, aren't they? Yet all of us do undergo the trouble of acne growth on our skin sometime or the other. Especially when the dark patch or pimple creates a scar-like impression on the fair cheeks, the captivating appeal of the face is lost.

Common cause

Women face a greater hitch with acne due to their endocrine system and hormonal functioning. Well men are just a step back because in both the sexes the consequences faced during the time of puberty are marked by certain bodily changes. Acne are one among them where the external appearance of a spot on the skin is actually being regulated by hormonal action within your body.

For girls in their teens, the sprouting of a pimple on the chin promptly speaks that now she has set her foot on blushing youth. Though in no way you can allow acnes to grow unwanted on your skin. The tender age of trouble follows from thirteen to thirty normally. So how can you really put away these unwanted marks from your skin and maintain the healthy glow to look fresh and beautiful always?

Curative tips

There are some common remedial formulas to drive away acne spots. They are indeed beneficial but many a time they fail on the fair skin. You must have heard about benzoyl peroxide ointments and creams. They are effective in acne cure. The composition of benzoyl peroxide inhibits the acne to grow and dries the area and clears the skin.

Many also prefer to go for oral treatment by consuming antibiotics like tetracycline pills that wipe out the acnes from the skin and retain the original look. But it may happen that your skin is so sensitive to resist the action of these ointments or pills. In that case you might find things getting worsened.

A balance between the hormonal secretions is essential for regulating the menstrual cycle in the female body. If the menstrual cycle is regular, the secretion of the other hormones is more or less in an equilibrium and stable position. With a slight abnormality, along with other problems, acne also get a chance to damage your skin.

For women there is a better way to control hormonal balance in the body and stay away from acne. The duo can walk hand-in-hand if the right dose of birth control pills is taken. It is always suggested not to try out self-treatment but to follow the guideline prescribed by the gynecologist.
