Tough Times Never Last...Your Health Could Be At Risk
Everyone knows our nation is going through some tough times. Likewise its citizens are going through tough times as well and this could mean it may affect your health.
Remember, once your health is lost, it's going to take time and money to get it back.
We must all change with the times. This includes finances, social and working environment. Doing all this is stressful and if your body starts to fail you it could be a never ending downward spiral that may be difficult to recover from.
Focus on your health. Seek ways to maintain and preserve it. As you all know if you read my articles I am into natural healing. Natural healing dictates the use of drugs or surgery only as a last resort. You no doubt have seen the attacks on herbs, supplements and other natural therapies.
Understand this. As the government becomes stronger and more involved in health care, it is a forgone conclusion that all these natural therapies will become very difficult to access without a heavy financial cost. At some point these therapies may only be available in other countries.
Of course I hope this is not the case, but the historical events in other countries indicate that this will be the trend.
You must take care of your own health. When you get to see a doctor he/she will probably just write a prescription for drugs based on your symptoms. I had a friend that was recently in the hospital for major surgery. They had him on 27 different kinds of drugs. Since all drugs have side effects, they give drugs to offset those side effects. He had no choice in the hospital the drugs were mandatory. Upon his release after the successful surgery and the drugs were no longer required, it took him 30 days to purge all the damage done by the drugs from his system. This included a jump in PSA for no reason; blood in the urine when there was no past history of such conditions. A general lack of energy. These drugs can kill you.
So now we come down to "How do take care of your own health naturally?"
Look at your family history. If there is a history of hearth disease or thyroid problems, find a high quality supplement. Add a multivitamin/mineral supplement.
For men, the prostate must be considered, there are supplements that will maintain a healthy prostate. For women, hormones are stored in fat, so diet, exercise that induce sweat will release these toxins and possibly prevent breast cancer. Increase omega-3 oils (flax, fish, chia seed).
To summarize, there are 3 steps to health...
(1) Assist your body to expel its waste. Sweating, detox herbs, daily bowel movements, one for each meal daily. If this is not happening then toxins are building up.
(2) Watch the chemicals you use in your house. Limit them if possible. Drink at least a gallon of pure water daily
(3) Pay attention to your teeth, gums and the general condition inside your mouth. Pathogenic oral bacteria can be a start for the development of diabetes, heart disease. and possible autoimmune diseased like Chron's.
