Are you a fan of Tinkerbell, Disney's mischievous little pixie? Tinkerbell appeared first in 1904 as a character in J.M. Barrie's play and later again in the 1911 novel Peter and Wendy. She really became famous and came into her own in the 1953 Disney movie "Peter Pan."

Tinkerbell continues to fly through the sky over Disneyland to broadcast the fireworks every summer evening. She will even be getting her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2009.
