Back relief is actually very simple. Something I'm sure you are glad to hear as you suffer with back pain. However if back pain relief is so simple, why do you still have pain?

You first must understand the difference between relieving back pain and a back pain cure.

There is a simple technique below that will help relieve back pain, but if you wan t along term solution to cure back pain, then you must address all the causes of your pain.

The following is a easy stretch you can try that will help to relieve some of your pain.

All you need to do is stand with your arms outstretched and your feet shoulder width apart. Then slowly twist in one direction as far as you can until you feel a pulling sensation. This sensation may be anywhere in your spine.

Hold the position for a second or two and then slowly twist in the opposite direction.

Keep twisting each side for a minute or two and you will notice you can twist further and further around. This will relieve some muscle tension and help your joints move better also.

If you want short term back pain relief then use the technique above. If you want a back pain cure that is long term, you must look at all the causes of your pain. Back relief is a simple process, to cure back pain is just as easy and just as quick.
