Samsung LN52B750 - The Flat Panel Television
We do not know about you, but we do not like watching television on a low quality television. It seems we do not get the full aspect of the movie when we do this. We also do not like playing our video games on a television with low quality as it does not give us the full features of the games. All of those reasons are why we decided to set out and find a new television. With those thoughts in mind, we came across the Samsung LN52B750 model, which is a flat screen television. Are you interested in a high quality television? If so, then this is definitely the one...
We must say that the coloring on this television is stunning. It produces nothing short from accurate color. It is also great at reproducing those deep black levels. I also enjoy the solid connectivity that has one PC input and four HDMI. This came to us in the size of 52 inches, which is much bigger than the old television we had. Could you imagine watching a movie or playing game on a television that is fifty two inches?
Did we mention the price range on this television? To make a long story short and to save time, the price is actually cheap for being such a great television. This television comes to you with a slick stand and a glass base. It also has a stalk that is see-through. Therefore, when you look at the television, you are going to see an impression of a floating panel. We enjoy the swivel action that come attached to the television as well.
The same menu was used on the menu system last year, but this time it comes with ice-blue borders. Honestly, we think it is one of the best menus in the business.
It consists of large, easy to read text against a transparent background that can take up the whole screen. Getting around in the menu really is easy and it has helpful explanatory text running along the bottom. The text describes in details, the different selections you hover over.
The remote control to the television is also basically the same as the model last year. However, there is a new protrusion found on the rear that helps keep the clicker stable when you place it on a flat surface.
The buttons on the television are backlit, big and easily differentiated by the shape and size. It consists of those dedicated buttons that give us quick access to the sleep timer, sound modes, picture modes and picture-in-picture controls. We also like the glossy black finish of the remote.
Samsung has also added in a popular Yahoo Widget to the high end set. The system has information nodules that are powered by the Internet called snippets. They are found running along a bar on the bottom of the screen. It comes with widgets for weather, stocks, Flickr, photos, sports scores, poker, plus Yahoo video and of course, for all of you Tweeters, it comes with Twitter.
