Are You Trying To Find Caravans For Sale In The UK? Have You Tried Looking Online?
One of the best things I can suggest for anyone that is looking to buy something, is to check online. Not only are you going to find awesome products, amazing variety and a really nice price factor - but you can also find things that you might not be able to get in your specific location. Now as far as vehicles go like caravans, static caravans, touring caravans and motorhomes are concerned - I know you are probably thinking about the shipping and handling. I mean, this is going to cost a lot right?
Well the thing is, you aren't going to ship these! A caravan is ultimately a piece of property almost like a house. A touring caravan is towed behind a car to its site and parked, often for only a brief period. Touring caravans are usually no larger than 8' wide and can have 1 or 2 axles (2 or 4 wheels respectively). Static caravans aren't towed, as they are too large to tow and have a rudimentary chassis with no suspension or brakes, and therefore are transported on the back of large flatbed lorries.
The axle and wheels are used for movement to the final location when the static caravan is moved by tractor or 4x4. So you see, these aren't going to be "shipped" instead, you are most likely going to have to find a place that is located BY you. This one website I found online was dedicated to the UK and different locations in the UK. They had literally any type of "caravan" you could think of such as caravans for sale, static caravans for sale, touring caravans, motorhomes for sale.
The products were endless. I think a lot of people really like the static option because it's almost like buying a house. But a nice house in the UK costs somewhere around 215,000 GBP. Whereas with something like a Static caravans for sale you might be looking at a price of something like 8,000 GBP. And don't get me wrong, these caravans and motorhomes are all VERY nice. They offer all the same modern conveniences as a regular house would, but obviously at the fraction of the price! The touring caravans for sale are obviously going to be "mobile" like the motorhomes where you can move them to different places.
You can also use the touring one for vacations or "holidays" as you UKers call it. It really depends on what you want the vehicle for! On the website I found you can also rent these as well. And you can find used ones too - this helps if you really want to get a bargain! If that's not enough for you, they also offer a ton of information about showgrounds, caravan parks, insurance, storage and lot's more! Either way - new or old or used, if you are looking for caravans for sale, static caravans for sale, touring caravans, motorhomes for sale in the UK - these types of sites are going to be your best bet!
