Do You Want To Keep Your Children And Your Family Safe From Sexual Predators?
In the US alone, there are 39 million adults who have survived child sexual abuse. That is a whole lot of fear surrounding these people. Some of them forget, and some never will. And in 2006 there were 272,350 victims of rape attempted rape or sexual assault do not including victims 12 years old or younger. That is a very sad statistic. I personally know of someone (I won't say who), that was molested for years, by someone who they thought was safe. It turns out he was not.
But the damage is already done. It's a sad thing to go through, and this is why you absolutely MUST be watchful over your children. Of course there are some parents who go overboard with this. But for the most part, it's definitely worth it. Now when it comes to united states sex offenders there is something you can do in order to educate yourself and find out where these people "reside". One of the best things I could suggest to you is to find a free website online that has a sex offenders registry or is linked TO the official sex offenders registry for every state.
One website I found online was free, they had a united states sex offender search and they also made it a little easier to do a sex offender listings by zip code. This is going to help you out a lot because now you don't have to worry who your neighbor is, or IF you should watch your children around them. But it's also going to help because it's going to allow you to find your local sex registry website right away - no searching around for hours on end. And if that weren't enough, I would also like to say that this is a life lesson.
A lot of the men and women found on these united states sex offender's websites are NOT who they look like they should be. Some of them are clean cut, have good jobs, live in nice houses, etc. I think this is important because it teaches you that not everyone is who they say they are and not everyone lives the life you may think they do - this can have both a positive and a negative spin depending on how you look at it and what real life situation you are putting it up against. These are real websites, with real people and real information. These sites can become incredibly useful for you or anyone else - so if you think someone else could benefit from it, pass it on!
