Pangu Mystical Qigong is a relatively new discipline that not only develops the physical through a series of grueling and painful exercises but in a larger sense the discipline of Pan Gu is imbued with a spiritual or mystical sense in that it gives a healthy disposition to the person improving how the person deals with others and with the universe at large.
Pangu Mystical Qigong is founded by Mr. Ou Wen. He teaches that the person achieves over all healing in body and mind or soul by subjecting the body in a routine physical exercise designed to achieve a sense of spiritual enlightenment. The Pangu routine is fashioned after the human bodys structure and practiced with long years of perfecting the routine and achieve a kind of mystical relationship with the Universe.
