Problem Solving Techniques For The Business Professional...

Aug 17, 2007
The most important part of any executive's job is identifying and solving problems objectively and quickly. Your success in business depends upon it.

However a typical day of any executive makes this, at times, an uphill struggle.

Many demands are placed on you. Employees need managing, meetings to go to, sales proposals and presentations have to be prepared, sales to be closed, customer relations need attention... and so it goes on.Often there is precious little time during a busy day to quietly focus on key issues as you are swept along, dealing with problems as they come up.

Well, I am sure you know what I am talking about.

Changing your state of mind from being stressed-out and overwhelmed into a problem solving mode requires a different approach. Plenty of advice is floating about how to deal with such situations, most of it is useless.

Why so?

Because most of the conventional solutions fail to address two key challenges the busy executive faces, being;

1) Changing quickly from a state of overwhelm to that of a receptive and relaxed state that allows fast, effective, analysis and problem solving.

2) Overcoming the initial resistance to meeting an urgent challenge fast, to switch off from whatever is going on around you to get yourself into a productive, receptive and relaxed state.

Being able to switch emotional states quickly is the core issue for most executives in today's fast moving business world. This requires discipline and mind training.

Think of training the mind like training for a golf competition. You would hardly expect to score a hole in one without regular practice and knowing the course you play on like your back pocket now would you?

The same rules apply to the mind. Most of us are on permanent autopilot constantly reacting to the events around us, rather then foreseeing them and managing them. I am talking here about taking control and understanding the way your mind thinks.

How to train the mind using revolutionary energy techniques...

The latest scientific research has shown that our entire world - including us humans and our own thoughts - is made up of energy. This realization is radically changing the way we see ourselves, and our interactions with others. We are moving away from a world view where everything is separate to one where everything is interconnected.

The old struggle of figuring out how to get from one side of the fence to the other is being replaced by a new insight that all energies are the same. Simply, we are energy, vibrating.

And, our different states of mind create different levels of vibration.

It is our job to identify and recognize the vibrational level that best suits us in any given circumstance. For example changing state from stress mode to relaxed problem solving mode is simply a matter of switching vibrational energy levels.

Honing and harnessing vibrational energies correctly can be learned by using these new energy techniques.

Applying EFT to Solve Your Business Problems...

There are a number of different energy techniques one can use. However, one of the most effective energy techniques to use is EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is simple, powerful and effective.

When using EFT you focus your mind on a specific problem, whilst at the same time tapping with your fingertips on a number of meridians to stimulate your body's energy system.

The mind focused together with the action of physical tapping is a very fast and effective way to change your vibrational energy, and mind state. This can happen almost instantaneously.

As you feel your energetic levels change you are removing the resistance to changing your mind state. You now move effortlessly into problem solving mode. You continue tapping, and focusing on the issue you wish to resolve.

You have now tuned into the vibrational frequency of your problem. At this level you effortlessly attract creative ideas, identify solutions, and improve your problem solving abilities in business.
