Open Microsoft Word, click on the office button, new document and then create blog post.
The Blog Post window will open as well as dialog box asking you to register the account. In the event that you already have an account, you can choose which service and enter your account information there.
You can choose to register it now or later. Either way, you will be able to continue working on your blog.
Located at the top of the window are two tabs, Blog Post and Insert. By selecting blog post, the commands for this group, that you can use, appear. These commands are all you need to work within your blog. You can use the clipboard, type in text, format styles or proof read what you have entered so far. Photos can only be added if your service allows it, this is the only time that the Insert Tab is available for use.
Click on the area that says enter post title here to start adding text for your blog. This area is where you will add your blog title and the type of blog it is.
Now, let's add the body of your blog. Place the pointer in the area below the line and click. All options that you can use in a basic document are located here.
Several types of styles are available for you to choose from. Find the style that you want, in the Styles group, and select it.
Now it is time to add some links to your blog. It would not be a website if there are not hyperlinks there. To add hyperlinks, use the following process.
The area where you want the hyperlink to go needs to be highlighted.
On the Insert Tab there is a command for adding hyperlinks. After selecting the command, the dialog box will open. In the address area enter the URL. Save the URL information by clicking ok. You will see text in blue, that is the hyperlink. Make sure the information you entered is correct by pointing at the link.
Search engines will find your site if you add categories. Your readers will be able to find information on your site easier as well. To add categories, select the insert category option. This option is on the Blog Post area. After you choose that option a category tool appears. In order to see the categories that are offered, select the arrow for category. Add any category you want.
Now comes the hard part, deciding who your target audience is and what to write about.
