Both in terms of the maximum utilisation of your time, and also for the sheer easy of acquiring knowledge whilst catching up on much need sleep!
No matter what your station or occupation, there are opportunities to apply these theories. Language learning immediately springs to mind. The gentle cadences of foreign languages would be readily absorbed subliminally. But equally there many applications for all, ranging from students who have to learn often repetitive information, to those of us who just love learning for it's own sake.
To benefit from these ideas all one really needs is the most basic of audio recorders, or even a personal computer with an inbuilt microphone. Simply record your subject meter in a gentle, clear, and concise tone and then hit play before turning in for the evening.
It may well be worthwhile trying to put some background music on your recording also. Different research has shown that different parts of the brain are activated by music and listening whilst learning may help the brain to store things effectively.
Whatever the particulars of the method you chose to learn from subliminal recordings, remember that the results are cumulative, and won't happen over night. No pun intended! Stay with it though and very soon you'll be astounding everyone with your new talents.
