Since dryness of mouth is one of the common withdrawal symptoms of quitting smoking, one must be prepared to encounter it and handle it accordingly by using candy and gum.

It is never easy to follow the hard path but one must remember that determination and persistence is the key to even the most arduous tasks and this applies to smoking as well. While daily obstacles can be easily jumped over, the withdrawal symptoms require a more serious consideration in terms of a proper game plan.

Getting rid of an established habit is never an easy task but constructive distractions like yoga, meditation, dance and painting can be taken up to remain occupied during the spare time.
