Fit Yummy Mummy Weight loss Program Review
I first looked at this site and thought the name was great and I liked the name, it was catchy and it stuck with me since that day. The program is about lifestyle and has solutions for mom's who have been pregnant and those mom's who are busy too.
The program Inventor is Holy Rigsby a well known certified personal trainer, watching her video I recall that the program was for women who where struggling losing weight after giving birth as she did herself. She come across two effective ways of losing weight after birth.
She tells of how she needed only 15 minutes a couple of times a week. Holly also states that she is ready to answer any questions people have got just drop her an email and she will be glad to help.
The video is short and sweet and to the point and she seems to be a genuine mom who went though this system and by looking at her she has a great body for it. There are a number of testimonials on her page too.
The program doesn't seem to be a bad one at all and she offers a free newsletter to people who are on the page so you can get more info on the product and how it works for free.
The Program also has a quick section on getting started which include goal setting along with some advice on how to stay on track with the program. The plan also has a supportive nutrition side to it. It also boast yummy mommy fat loss workouts with easy to follow instructions.
The fat loss companion which comes with the program which is for mom's that are busy, its an easy to use guide and is very helpful in areas that require exercise and fitness, it has easy to use instructions.

The price of this product is $39 and looks to me to be worth every penny if your a mom who has just had a baby and needs to loose the fat of the belly.
