If you are attempting to lose weight or body fat, the correct diet is the way to go. While most people have an inclination to cheat at times because they have demanding life styles, it would be better if we can stay with some specific guidelines on a regular basis.

4. Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Although you are able to get these through meat and fish, one of the easiest ways to actually get your omega-3 fatty acids is by eating flaxseed oil on a daily basis. Try to make this a part of your routine and you would be stunned at how much of a difference it'll make in your health.

5. Though it's not solid food, water consumption is a crucial part of an individual's diet and health. It is suggested that you should consume 50% of your body weight in ounces daily and add a pinch of ocean salt per 16 ounces.
