What should you expect from your wedding Priest ?
Have you ever heard of a wedding without someone to officiate? Maybe, the person who was scheduled failed to show. Still an authorized person is a must. It may not be a Minister . Sometimes people look to governmental officers like JPs or judges. But somebody must be authorized by the state to officiate over a wedding.
Why do weddings have to be controlled by legal and governmental regulations?
