What if, it was possible to fix this so you could remember more and, were always sure what you are remembering is accurate. Well, as you probably have already guessed, it is pretty much generally accepted that there are a lot of probable causes. Sometimes, we just remember how we wish it had happened. Sometimes we don't quite remember the incident or all the details. The good news is there are several things we can do to reduce the possibility of this manifesting again.

Getting the physical body into reasonable shape takes your mind off your ailments, and makes it a lot easier to pay attention to what you are trying to accomplish mentally. This new information has certainly been an inducement to me to take the steps necessary to not let myself go, and have to deal with the consequences of not being able to keep enjoying life. it is really easy to just establish a few good habits designed to keep you healthy, both physically and mentally.
