Today, many of us lead busy lives that sometimes we find it a struggle to eat nutritious meals and yet, stay healthy. Here are a few healthy meal plans that will help you eat and feel better. As an added bonus they can help save the hassle.

Packing your own lunch is a great way to start eating healthier. This can also save time and money. Not only will you not have to leave and go pick up lunch but the cost of fast food can add up quick. You get more nutrition like this as well and not all of the empty calories. Or if you like you could just pack a sandwich but that isn't nearly as good.

Packing your own lunch is simple. You can get a cooler or insulated lunch box and when you are ready to eat you just pop it into the microwave. You can take leftovers or cook food especially for your lunches. If I cook especially for lunches I usually cook for several days at once so I don't have to cook each day. This way I only have to fix my plate and go. A better alternative would be to order healthy meal plans that are delivered to your doorstep. These meals can be made ready quickly and readily while making sure you get the right nutrition.

When you put the meat on your plate then add some vegetables as well. These give you a lot more nutrition and energy. They also help you fill fuller. They have vegetables that come frozen if you don't want the canned variety. Either way you can usually just put them on you plate and heat them up with the rest of your meal.

Some people complain that baked or broiled meat is to dry, If you coat it in bread crumbs it will help a lot. These add taste and lock in moisture. Throwing a pan of chicken into bake is fairly quick and very easy. It is also a very healthy food with lots of protein.

If you are eating at home then try to avoid takeout. Not only do you spend a fortune but it tends to be very fattening and lacking in nutrition. If time is a big issue then you can pick up family size meals pre packaged to put in a slow cooker or in the micro wave that's ready in minutes. You can also use the same micro wavable vegetables for dinner that you did for lunch. They have broccoli and cheese and many other varieties to choose from. You can even make instant mashed potatoes and rice in just a few minutes.

Eating better helps you feel better and stay fit. Try these tips for healthy meals for 2 weeks and see the difference it makes.
