At some point in our lives, we experience having acnes and whiteheads. As you experience acnes, blackheads also start to grow. And it can be ugly depending on how you manage it. However, treating them must be done carefully so as to avoid having scars afterwards.

How blackheads are formed is not that familiar to most of us. We create speculations that it is because of the dirt. But dirt doesn't have the total blame. As we reach adolescence, our body produces excessive oils. As this happen, it blocks the pores and stops the very nature of extracting toxins and oils into our body causing some oxidized oil to occur-the blackheads.

Touching our face with our unclean hands could also be the cause of these blackheads. Avoid touching your face with your hand if not necessary as hand could be the way for the bacteria to enter your sensitive skin face.

Just like acnes, blackheads must not be prick. You may have undergone having blackheads and was tempted to pull, squeeze, or even rub your face just to get them out of your face. Doing so could leave scars and reddish skin afterwards. Never try using your fingers too. This could just worsen the blackheads that already exist.

Not cleaning your face is also a big factor that causes blackheads. Keeping your face as clean as possible (washing it at least 2 times a day) will somehow prevent blackheads growth. There are specifically designed soaps and cleansers that will not harm your face.

It just requires your common sense for you to be done with your blackheads problem. And as we now know, blackheads clog our pores. Removing them is very annoying especially if they grow in number very fast.

To open your pores to the path of eradicating your blackheads, put a hot towel in your face. Standing in a smoking pot can also be a good way in opening your pores. As long as the hotness is tolerable, you can do this process. Afterwards, wash it with a tissue or with warm water.

Removing blackheads doesn't necessarily mean exposing your money out. But if you are not sure on products you use, you can always consult your dermatologist. And if done carefully, eliminating them is as easy as counting one, two, and three.
