The Bike Ride In Central Park Is Perfect
If you are planning to go to New York and you have never been to Central Park, you must plan to go there as part of your trip and take one of the Central Park bike tours. It is one of the world premier parks and it is done amid the concrete and steel masses that we call skyscrapers.
Central Park is a large place and is more easily seen using a bike. You do not need to worry about trying to bring your bike with you because there are plenty of Central park bike rental places where you can rent a bike and all of the equipment necessary for a good bike ride, including the lock and the helmet.
Central Park has a lot to both see and do. Among those things there are two zoos, ball fields, tennis courts and plenty of nice lawn area. There is also a couple of lakes that are relaxing to be around. For sure, there is something there that each member of your family member is sure to enjoy.
It is hard to really visualize just how large Central Park is if you have never seen it before. For that reason, it is recommended that you join a Central Park bike tour your first time there to see the most that you can. It is also nice not worrying about getting lost in Central Park.
When you take a guided Central Park bike tour the tour guides are pretty good to point out the homes of the celebrities that live right there near Central Park. It is also more likely that you will cross paths with some in the park on a guided tour
If you prefer to do the self guided tour rather than in a group, that can certainly be done. You can still find some Central Park bike rental places to rent a bike from and that way you can still see Central park on bike, which will make it a lot quicker. I would suggest that you make sure that you have a map of Central Park so that you do not get lost in the endless amounts of acres though since there is over 50 miles of pathway in Central Park.
There is no better place to ride a bike than Central Park. There is over 50 miles of trail and a lot of beautiful scenery. There are seven man- made lakes, several ball fields, tennis courts and plenty of green space. This is a marvel and wonder to behold with the skyscraper skyline of NYC as the backdrop.
If you are planning a trip to New York and you do plan on going to Central Park and renting a bike, I would call one of the Central Park Bike Rental places in the area and reserve your bike so that you know you have a bike. There is nothing worse on vacation than to have plans change at the last minute because of something not being available that you were planning on.
