Checks To Bank On If A Person Is Deceitful
Check Eye Movement When a person fails to make eye contact, it may be an indication that they are uncomfortable. A brief glance away or at the floor is a mental escape mechanism.
Check for tight dilated pupils and a change in pitch for their voice. When a person is lying, they tend to bank their eyes to the right. It is an indication they are tapping into their imagination on the right side of the brain getting ready to make things up. With left-handed people the left side hemisphere of the brain is the imagination side. When you check and notice eyes darting left and right, up and down a few times, that too is an indication of extreme non-comfort and possible lying.
Check off on a notepad to list and bank those characteristics you notice. A history of evidence will imply guilt. Keep these compiled in a notebook journal bank checking for inconsistencies. This is a strong indication that your suspect is indeed guilty.

The liar might add unnecessary detail to try and convince you that they did not do it The liar might leave out personal pronouns and instead use third-person pronouns such as "you, we, they" in an effort to create distance between themselves and the lie. They might speak monotonously, be soft spoken, even garbled. Their stories might lack detail.
A liars stories might lack detail, they might be soft spoken, word may be jumbled, pronouns be left out of the conversation and instead third-person pronouns such as "you, we, they" are inserted in an unconscious effort to distance themselves from the lie. When telling the truth, hand gestures will match the rhythm of a person's speech. Check for coordination and timing issues. They are more likely to ask for questions to be repeated. Truth fears no questions and liars tend to give one-word or short responses. Note your observations banking them in a journal.
